One address, read by a person
ChemRails is small enough that email reaches the person who can actually change the thing you are writing about. There is no ticket system and no contact form that disappears into one.

Your facility listing is wrong
Find the facility in the directory and use the claim link on its profile. Registry data is imperfect and correcting it yourself is quicker than asking us to — see For manufacturers.
You lost your results link
Your results live at a permanent link in the email we sent when you submitted the requirement. Search your inbox for it before writing — we can resend it, but only to the address that made the inquiry.
What to include
- About a facility listing — the facility name and its city and state, or the link to its profile page.
- About an inquiry or an introduction — the email address you submitted it with. We can find it from that.
- Asking to be removed — say so plainly and it is deleted. See Privacy.
- A claim that did not go through — reply to the email that brought you here if you have it, and say which facility.
We do not publish a phone number, because there is nobody sitting by one and a number that rings out is worse than no number.
