ChemRails does not charge for anything today
There is no subscription, no listing fee, no commission and no payment step anywhere in the product. This page exists to say that plainly rather than leave you looking for a price list that does not exist.
What that means, per side
If you are buying
Searching the directory, describing a requirement and seeing scored results are free and need no account. If you ask to be introduced to a facility, that is free too. We take no commission on anything that follows, because we are not party to it.
If you run a plant
Your facility is already listed, at no cost, because the record is built from public EPA registry data. Claiming it is free. Correcting it is free. There is no exclusivity of any kind — a listing here does not restrict what you do anywhere else.
What happens when that changes
ChemRails will need a business model. When there is one it will be published here before it applies to anyone, and no facility listing that is live and free today will be switched off behind a paywall without its operator being told first. We are not going to pretend to know the price now — naming one on a page like this is a commitment, and inventing it would be the same category of overstatement everything else on this site was rewritten to remove.
